Great hotel, very comfortable and full of amenities. Depending on the time of day, there's free coffee, beer or rice. Even the hot bath had free popsicles. And what a blessing the bath was! Perfect for taking away all the tiredness after a long day of activity. Breakfast was charged separately, but it was a fair price for everything offered, between western and eastern dishes. It was the same every day, though. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was good, too - a few train stations close by take you anywhere, and if you're too tired to carry your luggage, it's a short taxi ride to/from Tokyo Station.

I wished i had more time there as it was just amazing 👏 free ice cream at the public bath and nice cold water 💧 the food was so delicious 😋 the location is close to different food places. Inside the room was a foot massage and that was so needed after all the walking. The public bath has a inside and outside one and it's so beautiful and peaceful in there . The security on access cards to get to your room is amazing .

The rooms are a little bigger than some in Central Tokyo. It’s an easy walk to Tokyo station with wheeled luggage. There are a couple of convenience stores within 5 minute walk that have a large selection of food and the rooms have a small table and chairs to eat & drink at. It is very difficult to eat on the go in Japan so we found this convenient for eating faster food.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a great location that is conveniently located close to several metro stations, convenience stores and within walking distance to the Ginza shopping district. We got the double room with the tatami mats, which was a cool touch and a neat way to experience a more traditional Japanese style.

I don’t have any negatives. The hotel was such a great start to our trip. It was so quiet, which is lovely after a busy day in the city. The view was gorgeous and I loved every minute of it. Bonus for storing bags and incredibly low priced late checkout. Will come back if I’m staying in Ginza again for sure!
